Refund and Returns

At BlueFever, every product is a unique piece of art designed to celebrate Indian cricket and crafted with care. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. This policy governs how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds, and is designed to protect both our customers and our brand.

By placing an order with BlueFever, you agree to this policy.

 

1. Scope & Applicability

  • This policy applies to all products purchased on www.bluefever.in.

  • Currently, BlueFever ships only within India.

  • Future digital products, personalised services, or international shipments will be covered under separate policies.

 

2. Product Categories & Return Windows

Note: All return requests must be submitted within the stated window with proper supporting evidence.

 

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Received damaged or defective products

  2. Received incorrect items or designs

  3. Major manufacturing defects

Not eligible for return:

  • Minor colour, texture, or finish differences due to screen display or handcrafted variation

  • Change of mind

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper use

  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

 

4. Reporting a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return:

  1. Email team@bluefever.in within the return window.

  2. Include:

    • Order ID & registered email/phone

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage or wrong item claims)

BlueFever reserves the right to reject returns if evidence is insufficient or if the request is outside the stipulated window.

5. Inspection & Approval

  • After receiving your request, our team will review and respond within 2 – 3 business days.

  • Approved returns will be scheduled for reverse pickup using our preferred courier (currently Delhivery) or shipped by the customer if required.

  • All products must be returned in original packaging with tags, protective covers, and certificates.

  • Unauthorised returns or products shipped without approval will not be processed.

 

6. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • BlueFever will bear standard return shipping costs for approved cases.

  • Customers opting to self-ship must use a reliable courier and provide proof of dispatch. Standard courier reimbursement is capped at ₹200.

  • BlueFever is not liable for lost or damaged returns shipped via unverified courier services.

  • Pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours of approval, and delivery to our warehouse should be completed within 5 – 7 business days.

 

7. Replacement & Refunds

Replacement:

  • BlueFever will dispatch a replacement within 7 – 10 business days after approval and inspection, subject to stock availability.

Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days after inspection.

  • Bank processing may take 3 – 5 additional business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Refunds may be reduced if the returned product is missing original packaging, tags, or has minor cosmetic issues.

 

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if production has not started.

  • Orders in production or already shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated within 7 – 10 business days.

 

9. Damaged Deliveries

  • Do not accept tampered packages.

  • If accepted, provide photos & unboxing video immediately.

  • Report damage to team@bluefever.in within 24 hours of receipt.

Without valid evidence, claims will not be honoured.

 

10. Multiple-Item Orders

  • Partial returns are allowed if each product meets eligibility criteria.

  • Shipping costs for partial returns will be calculated proportionally.

  • Refund or replacement will be issued per item, not the total order.

 

11. Force Majeure

BlueFever is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, pandemics, government restrictions, or any event beyond our control.

 

12. Fraud Prevention

BlueFever reserves the right to reject returns, refunds, or replacements if fraud is suspected, including:

  • Duplicate claims

  • Manipulated images/videos

  • Attempts to return used/damaged products

 

13. Legal Compliance

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any unresolved disputes may be escalated to consumer forums in Goa, India.
