Shipping Policy

At BlueFever, we aim to deliver your cricket-inspired art, collectibles, and merchandise safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the timelines, procedures, responsibilities, and limitations regarding the shipment of our products.

By placing an order with BlueFever, you agree to this policy.

1. Shipping Scope

  • Currently, BlueFever ships only within India.

  • Shipping outside India is not available at this time.

  • All deliveries are handled via our trusted courier partner Delhivery.

2. Prepaid Orders

  • All orders must be prepaid.

  • We do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD).

  • Orders with incomplete or failed payments will not be processed.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Once payment is successfully confirmed, orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days.

  • Some limited edition or handcrafted products may require extra processing time.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email, SMS or a Whatsapp message once your order is accepted.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timeline: 7 – 14 business days from order confirmation.

  • Processing time + shipping time are included in this estimate.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Product category (collectibles/art vs apparel/merchandise)

    • Location of delivery

    • Courier availability

General Art & Decor 7–10 business days
Apparel & Merchandise 5–7 business days

Note: These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS or a Whatsapp message.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

  • BlueFever is not responsible for courier delays once the product has been shipped.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery within India may be free for select orders or products during promotional periods.

  • Any additional charges (like cash handling, insurance, or expedited shipping) will be explicitly communicated.

 

7. Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, BlueFever will attempt one re-delivery.

  • Further failed attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.

  • Additional shipping charges for redelivery will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

  • If the item is damaged in transit, do not discard packaging.

  • Report damage within 24 hours via email to team@bluefever.in, including:

    • Photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

    • Order ID and delivery details

  • Unreported or late damage claims will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

9. Lost or Misplaced Shipments

  • Once shipped, BlueFever is not responsible for packages lost due to courier negligence beyond reasonable tracking efforts.
  • Claims for lost packages will be evaluated based on courier tracking proof and delivery confirmation.

10. Force Majeure

BlueFever shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or partial delivery caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics

  • Courier partner operational failures or logistic challenges

  • Any events beyond our reasonable control

11. Special Notes

  1. Preorders / Limited Edition Items: Delivery may take longer than standard timelines. Customers will be notified at the time of purchase.

  2. Address Accuracy: Ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. BlueFever will not be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

  3. Order Changes: Once placed and confirmed, orders cannot be modified for shipping address, product, or quantity.
